Since starting in 2016, Pon has overseen major projects such as the Crown Sydney and Sydney Modern Art Gallery. His expertise also extends to significant infrastructure and commercial developments, including the Western Sydney Airport terminal, Wynyard Place, and the Nepean Redevelopment Project. Pon has successfully managed high-profile data centre projects like NEXTDC and Amazon AWS Data Centres, further showcasing his ability to deliver successful outcomes across various sectors.
