Provision of supply, installation, and certification services for electrical service penetrations, including fire damper inspections and independent third-party fire damper certification, carried out in accordance with applicable AS standards and NCC requirements to ensure all installations achieve the required Fire Resistance Levels (FRLs).

Absolute Fire Solution provided passive fire protection service for various important areas in the Western Sydney Airport.

SCOPE OF WORK

Conducted a detailed review of builder drawings and fire compartmentation layouts to establish the required FRLs for electrical service penetrations.
Prepared a comprehensive fire matrix specifying proposed passive fire protection systems, supported by relevant test reports, assessments, and compliance documentation.
Provided ongoing technical support throughout the project, including participation in coordination meetings and timely responses to passive fire protection enquiries.
Installed fully compliant fire protection systems for electrical and mechanical service penetrations in accordance with AS 1530.4 and AS 4072.1 to meet NCC performance requirements.
Inspected fire/smoke dampers per the relevant AS Standard and NCC requirements and prepared a Third-party independent Fire Damper.
Inspection certificate with an inspection register/report for the mechanical contractor to form part of the Occupancy Certificate.
Compiled and submitted all certification deliverables, including Fire Seal and Smoke Seal Installation Certificates, Passive Fire Registers, photographic installation reports, and marked-up penetration drawings.
