Active Construction:

Collaborated with Unified Fire Group, AG Coombs, and Convergint Technologies to perform fire sealing on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing service penetrations in compliance with AS1530.4 and AS4072.1 standards.
Ensured fire sealing solutions for various service penetrations, helping meet stringent fire resistance requirements across the construction areas of the data centre.

NextDC Operations:

Engaged by Unified Fire Group to conduct AFSS compliance audits, specifically addressing non-compliant fire safety details identified during inspections.
Provided tailored solutions to rectify non-compliant areas, ensuring that fire sealing and passive fire protection measures adhered to NCC and relevant AS Standards.

Outcome

Successfully completed fire sealing across the construction zone, ensuring the NextDC S3 facility meets required fire safety standards and is prepared for future occupancy.
