AFSS Inspection and Rectification:

Conducted thorough AFSS inspections to verify compliance with NCC and relevant AS Standards across existing fire safety systems, focusing on identifying and addressing non-compliant details.
Provided rectification solutions to ensure that all fire safety measures adhere to AS1530.4, AS4072.1, and NCC requirements, promoting a safe and compliant environment within the data centre.

Fit-Out Fire Sealing:

Engaged by Nilsen to install fire sealing on newly installed electrical service penetrations as part of the ongoing fit-out work, ensuring that all new services meet AS Standards for fire resistance.
Coordinated closely with Nilsen to deliver efficient fire sealing solutions that integrate seamlessly with their fit-out schedule, minimizing disruptions to other concurrent work activities.

Outcome

The AFSS inspection and rectification processes are on track, with Absolute Fire Solution systematically addressing compliance requirements and rectifying non-compliant elements.
Fire sealing of new services is proceeding in parallel with fit-out activities, supporting Nilsen’s installation schedule and aligning with project safety standards.
