SCOPE OF WORK

Collaborated with Goldline to identify and fire-seal electrical service penetrations across the facility, ensuring compliance with AS1530.4 and AS4072.1 requirements, meeting the necessary Fire Resistance Levels (FRLs).
Collaborated with Climatech to conduct fire seal installations for mechanical penetrations, focusing on maintaining fire integrity within mechanical systems per NCC and AS Standards.
Performed thorough fire damper inspections per the relevant Australian Standards, verifying proper installation and operation, and certifying fire damper compliance.
Documented all fire seal installations and fire damper inspections through detailed reports, including a Passive Fire Register, installation certificates, photographic evidence, and marked-up drawings.

Outcome

All fire seal installations and fire damper inspections were successfully completed, fulfilling Goldline’s and Climatech’s requirements while adhering to stringent compliance standards.
The project was completed on schedule, with Absolute Fire Solution providing final certifications, enabling Liverpool Civic Place to achieve full compliance with AS Standards and NCC requirements.
The collaborative effort resulted in a safe and compliant infrastructure, contributing to the successful completion of this landmark project for the Liverpool community.
