Conducted the annual inspection per the relevant AS standards and NCC requirements listed on the Annual Fire Safety Statement.
Assisted the client in site meetings with the original contractor to clarify non-compliant items and monitor the rectification progress.
Proposed rectification methodologies and relevant costs to address outstanding non-compliant items.
Prepared and submitted the final inspection report, endorsing relevant fire safety measures listed on the Annual Fire Safety Statement.

Outcome

Identified all existing non-compliant items per the relevant AS Standards and NCC requirements.
Successfully clarified and allocated non-compliant items to the responsible subcontractors within the Defect Liability Period.
Closed out outstanding non-compliant items, allowing the AFSS to be endorsed without delay.
