SCOPE OF WORK

Conduct annual inspections of fire safety systems across Amazon SYD 51, SYD 52, SYD 53, and SYD 55 in accordance with the AS Standards and NCC requirements specified in the AFSS.
Collaborate with Unified Fire and site contractors to identify non-compliant items, facilitating effective communication to monitor and manage rectification progress.
Develop detailed rectification methodologies and cost estimates to address identified non-compliance issues.
Perform necessary rectification work, including the installation and repair of fire seals, fire/smoke dampers, and other essential fire protection measures to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Provide ongoing consultation and support throughout the project, addressing Passive Fire-related inquiries and adjusting methodologies as required based on project developments.
Prepare and submit regular inspection reports detailing the status of compliance, including photographic documentation of ongoing rectification work.

Outcome
