Shiliang (Leon) Chen

General Manager

Leon brings over 15 years of expertise in fire safety and project management to Absolute Fire Solution. With a Master of Fire Safety Engineering, Leon has successfully managed major projects like Barangaroo Precinct and Western Sydney Airport. His role involves project planning, technical guidance on compliance, and stakeholder coordination to ensure all projects adhere to AS Standards and NCC requirements.

Norapon (Pon) Pathomponpitak

Construction/Project Manager

Pon is an experienced construction manager with a focus on safety and quality control. His practical, hands-on approach has led to the successful completion of major projects, including the Nepean Redevelopment Project and Sydney Modern Art Gallery. Pon’s role encompasses project management, site coordination, and quality assurance to ensure our fire protection systems are correctly installed and maintained.

Kachin (Sean) Pathomponpitak

Minor Works/Project Manager

Sean oversees the minor works division with precision and a focus on technical problem-solving. A background in engineering technology has equipped Sean with the skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. He has been integral in projects like the Prince of Wales Hospital and Sydney Metro Central Station, where he ensures adherence to compliance standards, efficient delivery, and quality outcomes.

Panutsorn (Pan) Wongplad

Site Manager

Pan is our Site Manager, responsible for coordinating all on-site activities, managing labour and materials, and ensuring adherence to project schedules. Known for his commitment to quality control, Pan has overseen key projects such as the Sydney Children’s Hospital Stage 1, where his focus on safety and compliance has been instrumental in delivering successful results.
